CSRAGE rewards — daily cases, level tiers, and the Rain pool
The Rewards page is where every free benefit on CSRAGE lives. You earn XP automatically as you play (cases, case battles, mines, roulette, blackjack), which lifts you through 25 levels grouped into five tiers — Rookie, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Neon. Every level milestone unlocks bigger free cases on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence, and your rank stays with the account permanently.
Alongside the level program, the Rain pool collects 0.5% of every settled bet on the entire site and pays it out in equal shares to anyone who joined the pool that hour. There is no entry cost, no wagering requirement, and no cap on how many hours you can join — if you are signed in and you tap Join before the timer hits zero, you get a slice of that hour's pool when it pays out.
On top of the recurring rewards, your account picks up ref-code bonuses (such as starter cases and a deposit boost when you sign up with a ref code), one-off event rewards, and any rewards earned from your own referrals. Every claim shows its eligibility, cooldown, and any wagering requirement up front, so nothing is locked behind hidden conditions.
How do levels and tiers work?
Your level reflects total XP earned across the site. Levels run from 1 to 25 and are grouped into five tiers: Rookie (1–5), Bronze (6–10), Silver (11–15), Gold (16–20), and Neon (21–25). Each tier unlocks bigger free cases on a daily, weekly, and monthly cooldown, and your rank is permanent — once you reach a tier, you keep it. Progress is tracked automatically and shown in the tier progress panel at the top of the Rewards page.
How do I earn XP?
XP is awarded automatically when you play. Case openings give XP scaled to the case cost. Case battles give XP scaled to your seat entry. Roulette, blackjack, and mines give XP scaled to the amount wagered per round. There is no XP from depositing, chatting, or watching streams — only real, settled wagers. Bigger plays earn more XP per round, but a long session of small bets adds up just the same.
What free cases will I unlock at each tier?
Every tier unlocks a daily case, a weekly case, and a monthly case, with the case value increasing as you climb. Rookie tiers start with a basic Bronze-tier case; higher tiers unlock progressively richer cases with better headline items. The exact cases attached to your current and upcoming tiers are listed in the Daily Rewards modal on the Rewards page, so you can see what is one level away before you commit to grinding XP.
How often can I claim my free cases?
Each free case has its own cooldown: daily cases reset roughly every 24 hours from your last claim, weekly cases every 7 days, and monthly cases every 30 days. The Rewards page shows a live countdown next to each available case so you know exactly when the next claim opens. Missed cases do not stack up forever — once a window closes, that specific reward is gone, but the next one will appear on schedule.
What is the Rain pool and how do payouts work?
The Rain pool collects 0.5% of every settled bet placed on the site (cases, battles, roulette, blackjack, mines) and splits it equally between everyone who joined that hour. You join from chat or from the Join button on the Rewards page; the Rain timer at the top tells you how long until payout. When the timer hits zero, the pool is divided equally — if 100 players joined and the pool is 1,000 coins, every joined player gets 10. There is no entry cost and no wagering requirement on rewards from Rain.
Do I have to wager to receive Rain?
No — joining the Rain pool is free as long as you have an account in good standing. We do require accounts to be verified (email confirmed and not flagged) so the pool cannot be drained by automated multi-accounting. As long as you are eligible to join, you do not need to place any bet during the hour to receive your share when payout fires.
Are there wagering requirements on rewards?
Free cases and Rain payouts are credited as normal balance in most cases, but specific promotional offers (such as deposit-bonus boosts and event drops) can carry a posted wagering requirement before the resulting balance is fully withdrawable. Whenever a wagering requirement applies, it is shown on the offer itself and tracked on a progress bar in your account so you always know exactly how much eligible play remains.
How does the +10% deposit bonus work?
When you sign up with a valid ref code (or apply one before your first deposit), your first deposit is boosted by 10%. The bonus credit lands in your balance immediately and can carry a posted wagering requirement before it becomes fully withdrawable. The exact terms — minimum deposit, max bonus amount, eligible games for wagering, and time limit — are shown on the bonus card before you opt in, so nothing about the offer is hidden.
Can I lose my level or tier?
No. XP only goes up — there is no decay, no demotion, and no loss for taking time off. Once you reach a tier, your daily/weekly/monthly cases stay unlocked at that tier even if you do not play for weeks. The only ways to lose access to rewards are account-level — for example, if your account is locked for breaking the Terms of Service or for confirmed multi-accounting.
My free case did not appear after the cooldown — what should I do?
First, refresh the Rewards page and re-check the timer — most timing issues are local cache. Confirm you are signed in to the same account and that the previous claim actually settled (it will be in your inventory or claim history). If the case is still missing after a clean refresh, take a screenshot of the timer and the missing claim and contact support from the help widget. The team can replay your claim history server-side and grant the case manually if it was missed.
