Terms of Service

Unless otherwise specified, the terms in this document apply whenever you use the Website. Additional conditions may apply to specific promotions, games, or features and will be shown where relevant.

By using CSRAGE, you confirm that at registration and at all times thereafter you:

• Are at least 18 years old and legally recognized as an adult in your jurisdiction;
• Are not located in a territory where access to our Services is prohibited or restricted;
• Understand the laws applicable to you and accept that compliance is your responsibility;
• Have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

CSRAGE may use IP address, payment metadata, KYC information, and other signals to restrict access where required by law, licensing conditions, sanctions, or internal risk policies.

We honor geographic and regulatory restrictions. It is your obligation to determine whether using CSRAGE is lawful where you reside. A summary of common restrictions includes:

• Access may be blocked or limited for users in jurisdictions where online gambling or skin gaming is prohibited;
• Specific games, deposit methods, or promotions may not be available in all countries;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to circumvent restrictions is prohibited and may result in account closure.

To use the Service you must register an Account and provide complete, accurate information. Failure to do so may make some features unavailable.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Registration is available via email/password or supported providers (Google, Discord, Steam). By registering you accept full responsibility for activity under your Account.

Accounts registered by bots, scripts, or automated methods are not permitted unless we authorize them in writing.

• Each person may maintain only one Account unless we approve otherwise;
• Accounts may not be shared, sold, traded, or transferred;
• Disposable or temporary email addresses may not be used for registration;
• We may treat Accounts linked to the same person, household, device, or payment method as related Accounts for enforcement purposes.

CSRAGE may offer Rain, free cases, referral starter rewards, wager-race prizes, vouchers, and other promotions. Free or promotional value may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Abuse of free rewards — including multi-account farming, automated claiming, or coordinated exploitation — is forbidden and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and Account action.

Free rewards are a privilege, not a right. We may change, pause, or revoke promotional programs at any time.

Funding methods may include card payments (Stripe), cryptocurrency (NowPayments), and CS2 skin deposits via Steam trade offers where enabled.

Deposits credit your Balance after confirmation by our systems or partners. Displayed conversion rates and fees may change. Certain deposits carry a wagering requirement (commonly 2× the credited amount) before withdrawal unless stated otherwise.

Withdrawals may require prior deposits, minimum levels, identity verification, and manual review — especially for cryptocurrency. Processing times are not guaranteed.

Withdrawals are generally limited to methods compatible with your deposit history and compliance status. You are responsible for taxes and reporting in your jurisdiction.

Chargebacks or payment reversals on completed deposits may lead to Account suspension and recovery of amounts owed to CSRAGE.

Virtual Items and Balance exist for use on CSRAGE. Except where withdrawal or sell-back is explicitly supported, Virtual Items have no guaranteed real-world value outside the platform.

We do not guarantee profitability, market stability, or uninterrupted availability of any game or item.

CSRAGE offers CS2-themed games including case opening, case battles, mines, roulette (double), and blackjack, plus related promotions. Rules and multipliers are shown in the interface before you play.

Supported games use a provably fair pipeline: the server commits to a hashed seed before play, and outcomes are derived from published algorithms. Details and verification tools are on our Provably Fair page.

Provably fair demonstrates that individual results were not altered after commitment. It does not remove house edge or guarantee regulatory approval in your jurisdiction.

We may request identity verification, source-of-funds documentation, or additional information to comply with anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing obligations. Failure to cooperate within a reasonable timeframe may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or Account access.

Transaction activity is monitored for fraud and abuse. We may report suspicious activity to authorities where required by law.

You must not:

• Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation;
• Exploit bugs, latency, or errors for unfair advantage;
• Collude to manipulate games, promotions, or leaderboards;
• Engage in money laundering or illegal financial activity;
• Harass users or staff, or post unlawful content in chat;
• Circumvent wagering requirements, limits, or enforcement actions.

We may suspend or terminate your Account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, provide false information, fail KYC requests, initiate unjustified chargebacks, or pose a security or legal risk.

Termination does not entitle you to compensation. Where permitted by law, unwithdrawn Balance linked to fraud, chargebacks, or bonus abuse may be withheld.

You may request Account closure by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests made to evade restrictions or recreate Accounts are not permitted.

All trademarks, logos, software, and content on CSRAGE are owned by us or licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Third-party platforms (Steam, payment processors, blockchain networks) are outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSRAGE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of fees paid by you in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred euros (€100), except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

For disputes regarding gameplay, payments, or Account status, contact [email protected] with relevant details (username, transaction IDs, timestamps). We will review in good faith but do not guarantee a particular outcome for discretionary promotion or risk decisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cyprus unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
